To make pillow into a Cold Pack, encase the cotton cold pack in a plastic bag (so it doesn't pick up the freezer smell) and place it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. Cold Packs cool a sunburn, a fever, hot flashes or inflammation; cold packs are also good for arthritis, sinus headaches, pain relief from pulled muscles, sprains, bumps and bruises, and swelling.
Use and Care Instructions
Cold Packs are not washable as the seeds will get wet, swell and become slimy, losing the ability to retain heat. To clean the fabric wipe with a damp cloth, lay flat and let air dry. Don't use commercial spot remover.
